Haiti quake opens window on dismal prisons

Guy, a 19-year-old who says he spent four years in jail without being charged or facing a judge, speaks with the Associated Press on Saturday. He says some prisoners set a fire to force their release during January's earthquake.More than 5,000 prisoners who fled their cells after January's devastating earthquake are now being rounded up and returned to a system notorious for appalling conditions and delays.
