Chile looters return items during amnesty

Chilean President Michelle Bachelet visits the police headquarters in Concepcion on Sunday to see looted items that were returned. The police came with bullhorns to impoverished neighborhoods near the epicenter of Chile's devastating earthquake, warning looters to return what they stole or face police raids.
